The two year MBA program at RBIMS aims to transform today’s students into business leaders and entrepreneurs adept at linking economic growth with accompanying social development by providing solid foundations of business, the global environment in which they will function and the analytics tools for intelligent decision making.
The teaching methodology emphasizes interactive and participative learning through lectures, case studies, class presentations and simulation exercises. Guest lectures are provided by industry thought leaders who provide the practical perspective and help students bridge theory with practical aspects. Students are encouraged to put importance on teamwork through group exercises and group presentations.
The 2 year program is broken down into 4 semesters with students making the choice of specialization at the end of second semester. Each semester, learning topics can range from Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Communications, Organization Behavior, General Management, Marketing, Research Methodology, and Information Systems.
